Aconite is useful in the beginning of blepharitis.

Inflammation of eyes due to injury, exposure to cold, especially dry wind.

Eyes red, inflamed, burning, pain. Feeling of dust in the eyes.

Profuse watering with intense pain.

Shooting pains, especially on moving the balls.

Chronic blepharitis.

Red, inflamed eye-lids.

Inflammation of the eyes with itching.

Sensibility of the eyes to day-light.

Chronic sore eyes of children.

Eye-lids swollen, red, oedematous. Stinging, burning or shooting pain.

Better from cold water.

Conjunctiva bright red, puffy.

Sudden piercing pain.

Inflammation of the eyes and discharge of thick, yellow matter.
