(Swelling of a lymph node in the groin or armpit)

MERCURIUS SOLUBILIS 3, 6

Bubo whether syphilitic or gonorrheal or simple (caused by wound in feet, shoe-bite cycling…….) if the patient is worse at night, sweats profusely Merc. Sol. 3 to 6 should be given 3 to 4 times a day.

NITRIC ACID 3, 6

Nit. Acid should be given when the patient is already under the influence of mercury (syphilis or gonorrhea treated with Mercuries).

CARBO ANIMALIS 6

When the bubo is stony-hard with burning and cutting pain.

It is also useful in old maltreated syphilis buboes that inspite of surgical operation and cauterization refuse to heal and keep on secreting offensive discharge.

HEPAR SULPH. 6

Buboes after mercurial treatment.

When the suppuration has commenced, requires this remedy, which will hasten the process and prevent unsightly scars usually left at the termination of the process.

BELLADONNA 6, 30

Large hard, painful buboes with intense inflammation of integuments, presenting a deep red hue and extending over large surfaces.

SILICEA 6, 30

In syphilitic or scrofulous bubo, Sil. hastens the process of suppuration.

ARSENIC ALBUM 30

Ars. is useful when there is intense burning pain and bleeding easily, even from the slightest touch. The discharge is acrid and corrosive or watery.

BADIAGA, 30

Bubo, left groin, hard, unequal, like scirrhous, violent burning stitches during night.
