Pleurisy

This is an inflammation of the covering (pleura) of the lungs and is often tubercular in nature. It is brought about by exposure to cold and is associated with fever and stitching pain on the side.

Treatment

Aconite 3x: —Heat, thirst, chilliness and rheumatic pain, Sulphur 30: —Aggravation of disease at night. Bryo 3-30— Pain in the chest, aggravated by movements; dry cough, yellow tongue; bitter taste in the mouth; constipation. Cimicifuga 6—Pain in the chest.
