Indication:

Pharyngitis, sinusitis, diphtheria, and acute and long-term tonsil and adenoidal disorders are all indicated for the use of tonsillin.

Composition:

• D. Belladonna
• Carbonica 3x Baryta
• Calcium Carbonate 3x
• 3 times hepar sulfuric calcareum
• Iodatus Ruber 3x Mercurius
• Iodate of Calcarea 3x
• 3x Silicea
• a 3x lactose-based formulation of kali sulphur

Dosage:

• 3 times a day, take 2 tablets an hour before eating.

Mode of Action:

• Belladonna: Burning, dryness, and a tightness in the throat along with enlarged, reddened tonsils.
• Baryta Carbonica: Tonsils are perpetually swollen, there is a catarrh of the posterior nares, the child is physically small and does not grow and develop normally, the tonsils suppurate with every cold, the child can only swallow liquids, and there is stinging pain in the tonsils.
• Calcarea Carbonica: Patients who are overweight, fair, and flabby tend to get tired easily when walking, sweat a lot, and move slowly. Tonsils swell with stitches when swallowing. Patients who take the cold when the weather changes.
• Hepar Sulphur Calcareum: It helps chilly patients get rid of symptoms like the tendency to get a sore throat, throbbing pain in the throat, feeling like there’s something stuck in their throat when they swallow, and perspiring despite being cold.
• Mercurius Iodatus Ruber: When there is tonsillitis, especially when the right tonsil is more painful and inflamed, this is a great all-around treatment.
• Calcarea Iodata: Increasing tonsils have crypts inside of them.
• Silicea: whenever an abscess ruptures and remains infected.
• Kali Sulphuricum: For boils that are further along.
