Praval Pishti from Deep Ayurveda, 10 g

Although coral calcium powder is processed with edible rose water and ground to make a micro-fine powder known as Praval Pishti, it is not used directly in Ayurveda. Instead, Praval is the name given to coral in Hindi and Ayurveda.

Praval Pishti’s primary component:

• Coral purified with Shuddha Pravala
• sufficient amount of rose water

preparation strategy:

To make Pishti, purified coral must first be ground into a fine powder and then thoroughly ground with rose water for three to four days.

Praval Phisti dosage:

125 mg to 250 mg once or twice daily with honey, butter, or ghee before or after food, or as prescribed by an ayurvedic physician.
