Ars. is useful in herpes facialis, labialis, herpes zoster.

Intense burning of the blisters.

Worse after mid-night and from cold of any kind and better from warmth.

Great restlessness.

Right side is especially affected in herpes zoster.

Herpes upon hairy parts.

Incessant itching, burning, tingling, alternating with pains in chest and dysenteric stools.

More annoying after perspiration.

The cold air is not tolerated.

Better from warmth.

The vesicles are bluish in color.

Herpes with burning, bruised and stitching pains.

Vesicles filled with thin acrid fluid.

Herpes over fingers, palms of hands, finally all over the body.

Worse from touch, motion, change of weather, on entering a cold place.

Moist herpes with small white vesicles in groups, forming scabs over whole face, but chiefly above nose and around eyes.

Greenish yellow herpes.

Burning after scratching, worse after getting warm in bed, from washing.

Small pustules, with burning, smarting, stinging pain.

Worse from warmth, better from cold application.

Moist, scurfy, herpes, like red pimples.

Itching and burning on getting warm.

Appearing in hot weather, at full moon, from washing.
