A sneeze is a strong, involuntary expulsion of air that frequently occurs suddenly and without warning. It is our body’s way of clearing irritants from the nose or throat.

Although this symptom can be quite bothersome, it typically does not indicate a serious medical condition.

Causes

Numerous factors, such as the following, can cause sneezing:

· Allergens

Viral diseases like the flu or the common cold

· Nasal irritants

Nasal spraying of corticosteroids for inhalation

· Drug withdrawal

· Trauma to nose

Substance withdrawal from drugs like opioid narcotics.

Breathing in allergens such as pepper and dust

· Breathing cold air

· Exposure to bright light

Symptoms

Sneezing can cause additional symptoms, such as:

Watery, itchy, or burning eyes

A runny or congested nose

· Sore throat

· Cough

· Fever

· Chills

ABROMA AUGUSTA:There is a fever coupled with intense thirst for cold water, frequent sneezing, dry nose with irritation in the nostrils, and all of these symptoms can be present.

ALLIUM CEPA:Sneezing when entering a warm room; profuse watery discharge with sneezing; acrid burning; excoriating the nose and upper lip; headache; coughing up blood; feeling of lump at base of nose.

ANDROGRAPHIS PANICULATA:Sneezing, with watery discharge, a lack of motivation for work, and restlessness

ARALIA RACEMOSA:A lot of watery, excoriating sneezing that often produces a salty, acrid nasal discharge.

ARSENIC ALBUM:The nose feels stopped up with fluent coryza. There is burning and itching in the nose. Hay fever and coryza are worse in the open air and better indoors.

ARUNDO MAURITANICA:Hay fever, coryza with a loss of smell, burning in the nose, and itchy conjunctiva are just a few of the symptoms that people who suffer from hay fever experience.

EUPHRASIA OFFICINALIS:Flushing, bland flushing with exfoliation and painful sensitivity of the nostrils during the day and obstruction of the nose at night.

JANOSIA ASOKA:Sneezing, nasal obstruction, soreness in the nostrils, anosmia, occasional nose bleeding, and a tearful demeanor are all symptoms of excessive nasal discharge.

JUSTICIA ADHATODA:Loss of taste and smell, frequent coughing, lachrymation, and coryza with coughing are some of the symptoms of coryza.

NATRUM MURIATICUM:Sneezing is the first symptom of a cold. Fluent coryza, lasting one to three days, then changing into a stoppage of the nose, making breathing challenging. Violent sneezing, especially in the morning. Loss of taste and smell. Dr and internal soreness of nose.

OCCIMUM SANCTUM:Sneezing, drowsiness, prostration, ulcerated nostrils, inflammation of the nasal mucous membrane, discharge that may be white or yellow, and inflammatory symptoms of the nose.

PHOSPHORUS:Swollen, red, and shiny nose; coryza that alternates between being fluent and dry on different sides; sneezing that is worsened by odors and smoke; dyspnea that causes throat pain; and worsening sneezing.

SABADILLA:One or both nostrils stuffed; dry, itchy, tickling in nose; rubs or picks at it; coryza with severe frontal headache, redness of eyes, and lachrymation. Spasmodic, violent sneezing with running nose; copious, watery nasal discharge; coryza fluent; worse from the odor of flowers.

SAPONARIA:violent sneezing, worse on the right side of the throat, with a sharp burning taste, in a warm environment.

SENNA:repeated sneezing, especially in the hands, which results in heat, exhaustion, and breathing difficulties.
