Fibroids, also known as myofibromas, fibroleiomyomas, and uterine fibroids, are benign, non-cancerous growths that affect the uterus.
Fibroids come in a variety of sizes and locations, including intra mural (within the cavity), submucosal (in the uterus’ wall), subserosal (on the outside of the uterus), and occasionally in the cervix.
In women who are overweight, fibroids are frequently discovered during the middle and later stages of the reproductive cycle.
CAUSES OF UTERINE FIBROID
Uterine fibroids’ exact origin is still unknown, but it appears that certain factors influence how they grow.

Thlaspi Bursa Pastoris :Given when menstruation lasts for more than ten days and occurs frequently. There is heavy bleeding with large clots. There is useful for uterine pain which may extend to the thighs. There is foul, acrid, corrosive, yellow leucorrhoea. Useful for menstrual bleeding with clots in cases of uterine fibroid. Helpful when slightest motion increases menstrual bleeding.
